Shipping policy

Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from the UK, using plain, discreet packaging marked only with our company name. Orders are usually sent out every Friday. To make sure your order is included in that week’s dispatch, please place it by the end of Wednesday. Delivery within the UK typically takes up to 14 days, while international orders may take up to 28 days to arrive.

EU Customers

Due to recent changes in GSPR compliance for shipments to the EU, we have temporarily paused deliveries to EU countries. We hope to resume shipping to the EU in 2025, once all compliance requirements are met.

US Customers

Currently, parcels sent from the UK to the US are only subject to import duties if the value exceeds $800. This is subject to change, and we’ll keep you updated if there are any adjustments.

Shipping Costs

You’ll find a helpful table on our site with postage rates for single-item orders to different destinations. If you order more than one item, shipping costs may increase based on the total weight. For orders over 8kg where no shipping options appear at checkout, please get in touch for a personalised quote.

Important: If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your parcel might be subject to local import taxes or VAT. Please check your country’s rules for thresholds and applicable rates.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@lushcraft.co.uk or use our website’s contact form within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations are generally not possible unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be considered at our discretion.

Returns Policy

Because of the intimate nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless you have received an incorrect item or there is a significant defect, such as a tear or split. Any minor cosmetic imperfections caused during casting—like small bubbles, colour variations, or slight texture differences—are clearly described in our product listings. These are normal for handmade silicone items and do not affect their safety or usability.

Each toy is sealed in a clear bag so you can inspect it before opening. Please check your item carefully while it’s still sealed—once opened, it cannot be returned. Refunds or exchanges are not available if you’ve ordered the wrong size, so please double-check dimensions before confirming your order.

Due to the hand-poured process, tiny air bubbles may sometimes appear on the underside of a toy’s base. This is a normal part of production and does not affect the toy’s quality or performance.
